Mesa, a neighbor of Phoenix, has experienced significant growth and is now home to over half a million people. DXD's excellent site is next to a heavily trafficked intersection, just a few blocks away from the heart of downtown. This Public Storage will have 78,800 square feet and 682 units and may be the last self storage developed within city limits. In 2022, the regulations regarding self storage changed from permissive to conditional use in commercial and business districts.
