Despite its low population and relatively remote location, Bristol has a limited supply of self storage options. This scarcity has created a significant demand for self storage facilities through the presence of boat builders, seasonal residents, and college students from Roger Williams University. When developing the facility in Bristol, the exterior design was more critical than any other DXD project—ensuring that the aesthetic aligned with the town's historical charm was essential, preserving Bristol's character. In addition to the self storage component, DXD constructed Bristol's Little Angels, a new daycare group building. This daycare facility serves a vital need within the community and will contribute to the local economy for years to come.
